• Translate documents (English, Japanese)
• 90 days report, visa & work permit for Japanese staff
• Company car schedule management
• General employee support
• Prepare reports and documents
• Social Security & Group Insurance Management
• Miscellaneous task as given

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, preferably, age not over 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• Have experience in working in Japanese firm from 1 - 3 years.
• Good command of English (TOEIC 600) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) must have both
• Good computer literacy.
• Able to work under pressure of dead line, and a good team player
• Good interpersonal skills.
