1. Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume and quality standard
2. Ensure the safety and operating regulation are met.
3. Develop and maintain quality control standards
4. Supervise production process and basic mechanical and logistic process

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age 48-50 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Industrial, Mechanical or related field
3. At least 15 years of work experience in production.
4. At least 3 years experience as General Manager or plant Manager position
5. Intermediate Level of English.
6. Able to work on some Saturdays (1 Saturday/month)
