■Service：Rental real estate for Japanese customers
■Job description:
Respond to inquiries from Japanese customers, hearing requirement of rental properties(condo), arrange and introduce rental properties, preview, negotiate and coordinate with owners, contract procedures, etc.

Candidate who made good performance, has chance to work as expat in the future!

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・New grad is welcome!! Thai nationality male or female, age 22-29 years(must be under age 30)
・Japanese-Upper Intermediate level (need to communicate with Japanese customer by email and in person )/JLPT N1 or N2
・Can work Saturday (must work every Saturday, shift work: 5 working days and 2 holidays a week)
・Good at coordinating and communicating
