To Take care of all parts/raw material requirements.
To Control cost of each project and improve cost down project
To Manage supplier and control delivery of each project
To Sourcing new supplier and supplier control
To Assess, manage and mitigate risks of purchasing job
To prepare purchasing report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements
Age 38-45 years.
Bachelor’s degree Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 7-10 years in purchasing department.
Machine Industry is an advantage.
Possess excellent problem solving skills with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing/negotiation procedures. Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure.
Flexible, patient and solution-focused.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good command of English and Japanese level N3 up.
TOEIC Score 600+
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, E-mail) and ERP program.
An organized approach.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to lead & control subordinate.
Able to work overtime.
Have a driving license.
Able to drive a car.
