Job Description
- Review and enforce compliance with standards or regulations imposed by professional organizations or even a company's internal guildlines
- Conducting operational audit as assigned
- Understanding levels of potential risks and how to address each risk
- Able and willing to do multitasking job
- Supervise and coaching team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only (Thai Nationality)
- age 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
- 3 years' experience in compliance, risk management, internal control or audit function.
- Good command in both Thai and English in writing and speaking
- Good computer skill and able to use relevant software when performing data analysis or quality assurance
- Well-organized, details-oriented, mature and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience in AML, PDPA and auto leasing business would be advantageous.
- Good adaptability and can be developed to be GM
- Coaching, management skill and strong logical thinking
- Leadership (logical aggressive)
- Good English and Excel Skill
- Specialist on Compliance (mainly for AML/PDPA) or Internal Audit
