JOB DETAIL
1. Manage nonconforming products to not leak to customer.
2. Lead meeting for critical problem.
3. Review and improve quality within plant.
4. Improve and follow up the operation to meet the KPI.
5. Manage Quality Management System in department.
6. Co-operate concern department in order to achieved the company target.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 35-42 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field
3. At least 10 years of direct work experience in Quality Management/Quality Control with experience in manager position.
4. Intermediate Level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (1 Saturday/month)
