JOB DETAIL

1. Manage all functions and staff related to production Assembly section.
2. Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume and quality standard
3. Ensure the safety and operating regulation are met.
4. Develop and maintain quality control standards

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Industrial, Mechanical or related field
3. At least 10 years of direct work experience in production
4. At least 5 years experience in management level position
5. Intermediate Level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (1 Saturday/month)
