Responsibilities:
• Manage the production line to be in accordance with the specified standards and plans.
• Set policies and plans, including goals for production and quality control.
• Consulting engineering or technical information in production.
• Develop and improve production processes, control quality and find new ways to increase production efficiency/quality control.
• Manage and control the production process according to the production method in order to ensure that the product meets the quality specified in the product standard. as well as reducing the loss in the production process to a minimum.
• Take care of the machines in the company including determining how to check maintenance and control and inspect the technician team to always take care of them as scheduled.
• Prepare reports, analyze problems and protect and clarify customers and management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only (Thai Nationality)
- 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- at least 5 years’ experience in Deputy Factory Manager/ Factory Manager.
- Have expertise and experience working in the management of a stainless kitchen factory for at least 5 years.
- Have expertise and experience working in the production process with the program. AutoCAD/Solid works at least 5 years.
- Good Leadership and man management skill
