Job Purpose (Overall summary of job)
• Planning, improving, researching and executing all assigned retail development projects.
• Leading role in weekly reports on the project performance and timeline.
• Supervise, set up goals, performance tracking and monitoring team.
Job description
• Optimise, develop, improve process and assist in definition of project scopes/objectives and manage changes to meet project outcomes.
• Enable and monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the project.
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions/executions.
• Plan and design development processes, make recommendations and changes to improve business systems, activities and deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product and developer teams to configure/optimize and improve productivity on internal processes, storefront tools and user experience
• Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Supervise, organize workflow, and ensure staffs understand their duties or delegated tasks, and monitor work processes.
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision, and communicate them to subordinates. And developing personal growth opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirement
• Male or Female, age over 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields.
• Proven 3-7 years’ experience in project and product developments related to IT or Project management fields.
• Strong analytical capability: ability to conduct comprehensive analysis from a large amount of data and information without losing sight of the business questions to be solved.
• Empathy and growth mindset: demonstrate solid understanding of working as a team and project management. Eager to develop and learn new things to improve systems and tasks.
• Strong communicator: effectively work and communicate in a cross-functional environment, ability to develop and leverage a strong network of valuable connections across the organization (e.g., developer, product, retail or data teams). Strong at getting what you need from internal and external stakeholders.
• High autonomy: self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude.
• Result-oriented: strong understanding of how research outcomes can be exploited to empower informed decision-making within the organization.
• Attention to details: demonstrate rigor in work quality.
• Presentation skills: effectively present the project planning to the stakeholders to garner impact.
• Good command of English both verbal and written
