JOB DETAIL

・Manage and TPM Production machine and facility system in the manufacturing .
・Ensure all facilities assets and related system are maintained in a good condition.
・Manage day to day maintenance operations and assign job for maintenance manpower.
・Provide and control spare part and budget for maintenance work.
・Manage and control sub-contractor for maintenance work in manufacturing.
・Support improvement in maintenance work and energy conservation.
・Manage 5S and safety in maintenance section.
・Manage IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, TPM (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) in maintenance section.
・English speaking and writing will be considered as an advantage.
・Analyze issues as well as plan development maintenance process, policy and KPI.
・Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/under pressure

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Male Only
・Age 30 - 40
・Diploma in Electrical or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field
・Over 6 years of maintenance engineer experience
・Knowledge in IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, TPM (OEE, MTTR, MTBF)
・Ability to m/c maintenance
・Ability to facility control
・Ability to understand refrigeration systems and air condition
・Ability to understand PLC system.
・Ability to understand technical drawings, mechanical design.
・Auto CAD/Solid Works design software and the ability to modify drawings/designs, Interpret mechanical.
・Driver's license（Don't need a private car）
