1. Manage team to achieved KPI
2. Review production performance (monthly ,Half year, Yearly)
3. Troubleshooting part quality issue
4. Analyze cause of problem, propose effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence
5. Drive supplier to improve process quality and Follow up performance improvement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, 28-35 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as 'Part Quality Engineer' with knowledge in IQC (Internal Quality Control), ISO 9001, IATF16949, AQAS, PAS.
4. Intermediate Level of English (if have TOEIC score 500 or higher will be advantaged)
