The core purpose of this role is to provide reporting and analysis support to the President, VP Commercial
Operation in the areas of data generation, consolidation, analysis and reporting relating to sell, cost and
income of KTL group together with supervision accounting and finance team, lead to improve IT system
for financial reporting and cashless settlement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Partner with the commercial team and other department to analyze and provide suggestion to improve
the corporate performance.
• Monitoring corporate performance and perform in depth analysis from various aspects.
• Consolidates and analyses actual data, compares to budget and prior forecast and provides variance
explanation any ad-hoc reports as required.
• Make recommendations with key highlight about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options
and prepare managerial accounting financial statements to analyze and present useful guidelines to
the management on corporate performance.
• Interpret accounting standards for commercial application
• Responsible and lead contribute end-to-end timely and accurate financial reporting process from
record compilation, month end close reconciliation, result analytics, internal and external reporting
• Review internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations to develop new templates
or improve on current spreadsheets to provide user friendly, build on finance efficiencies, and
strengthen internal control.
• Supervise the team member and other tasks as assigned by the management.
• Train, educate and instruct the members in the Department to develop next generation leaders and
efficient workforce team
• Actively participates in Company improvement projects, initiatives and teamwork to ensure the
achievement of project objectives.
• Any other ad-hoc requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with CPA, CPD
• Proven accounting/finance leader with strong analytical skills
• An analytical mind, the ability to develop strong working relationships, business awareness, ability
to stick to time constraints, details and results-oriented
• Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in
decision making.
• Experience in the coordination of design, implementation and monitoring of computerized accounting
and administrative system.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, ERP system (preferable)
• Good Report-writing and English communication skills
