JOB DETAIL

• Gather business requirements and business processes from business users efficiently and with precision. (Minimum expectation for Business Analyst Grade)

- Manager- oversee all stories/tasks/bugs management and deliverables for their corresponding business unit.
- Specialist is at least 2 stories and/or 5 tasks and/or 10 bugs per week
- Senior Officer is at least 1 story and/or 3 tasks and/or 5 bugs per week

• Perform process analysis methodology to identify defect/impact of the business processes • Perform business analysis methodology to identify business gap • Document comprehensive business requirement specification including business process diagram and business rule in JIRA format.
• Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions
• Manage project implementation to finish within timeline and cover all deliverable
• Involve with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT), and PVT/PROD release process.
• Participate in Stand Up, Grooming, Planning, Retrospective meetings.
• Have full ownership of the project (Story, Task, Bug)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree or higher in IT or related fields
• Experience in Business Analyst at least 2 years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-development skills to keep up-to-date with fast-changing trends and role in a commercial environment.
