- Monitoring company’s NPL portfolios consist of debtors under negotiation and litigation processes
- Prepare and handling documents for debt collection
- Real estate management for company’s own properties
- Prepare investment analysis and cash flow projection for collection proceedings
- Conduct due diligence analysis for potential NPL portfolios investment
- Corresponds with 3rd parties involves in debt collection and property’s management e.g. lawyer, debtor and property agent
-10 percent to call to collect debt from Debtor
