JOB DETAIL
Meeting and exceeding sales budges (goals) of territory in charge.
Servicing existing accounts of direct sales accounts and resellers. (To obtain production status and forecast, inventory status, investigating competitor’s activity.)
Developing relationships with key persons of customers and resellers.
Negotiating with customers (Price, lead time, delivery, services, etc.,) • Managing monthly customers visiting plan. (For taking care both existing and new accounts.)
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems.
Obtaining professional knowledge of metal cutting, grinding, washing, and rubber/urethane curing processes.
Obtaining professional knowledge of NEOS products.
Submitting customers visit report to Sales Force software.
Follow management instruction, and report timely as per required.
Good communication with relevant sections.
On-site check of coolant (Concentration, pH, bacteria, usage, coolant analysis as needed.)
Assisting customers coolant change/check by working with service team.
Setting/executing own goal management of a half year (Action Plan) based on the company policy and strive to achieve them while getting regular interview/feedback by management.
Performing other duties instructed by management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male only age 25-35 years old
2. Experience B to B business to manufacturers on industrial chemical products
3. English conversation skill higher than intermediate level (TOEIC 650 over)
4. Self-motivated character
The Area of new sales person in charge would be Bangkok and Metropolitan area and this position will go to head office at Pinthong industrial only 1 day per week
