*This position is yearly contract position for 2-3 years.

[Purpose of this position]
Coordination and supporting task for cooperation with Japanese Engineer to transfer their parts processing engineering skills to Thai engineers.

①【Coordination for creating criteria (procedures for engineers to judge) whether to process new drawings/blueprints】
Currently, only Japanese engineers have skills to judge whether new blueprints they created are ok or not. So you will be supporting manager to create manuals to transfer their skills to Thai engineers

② 【Management of new drawings and accompanying prototypes】
In order to transfer skills to Thai engineers, you will be creating procedures and manuals about "how to handle customer's request", "How to control delivery schedules", "How to do quantity control", "How to judge drawings/blueprints", "How to report test/prototype result to customers"

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
・"Thai Male" or "Japanese Male", Age 55-75 years old.
・For Thai candidates: Must have JLPT N2 or N1, Must have Intermediate Level of English
・For Japanese Candidates: Must have intermediate level of English
・Must have more than 20 years of process engineering experience about parts.
・Must be able to read and create drawings/blueprints
