- Developing a business plan and sales strategy to achieve sales targets, and finding new market/new product/new customers opportunity

- Handling and planning with Management and Costing division to set up Pricing and Sale strategies - Managing and maintaining good customer relations

- Controlling and tracking Sales Weekly Schedule and Sales Weekly Report Sales Team

- Planning, tracking and evaluating sales performance to reach KPI and giving monthly feedback

- Supervising sales order according to Lead Time and to assure on-time delivery

- Being problem solver in chief

- Analyzing customer complaints, solving and finding protecting procedures with related departments

- Motivating and inspiring team, and seeking for development

- Training and coaching sales and supporting team for their great success

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Males or Female, age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Experience in Construction field for 5- 10 years
• Experience in working with government would be first priority
• Deep connection with government or local officer
• Good communication skill
• Problem solver and get things done
• Own a car and driving license
