JOB DETAIL
Position: HRD/Recruiter
Level : Senior Administrator up to Deputy Manager
Division: Corporate Planning
Job description: To support HR DGM in all recruitment activities, and other corporate HR function activities.
To implement and execute related HR function/activities to align with HR policy and direction. To be responsible (as HR PIC) for recruitment and talent acquisition fulfillment (as main) and to support in HRD and HRM process improvement, HR initiatives (for both MCT and/or APBU, HQ), and other HR related assignment.
1. Responsible for hiring process, job posting, candidates search through various recruitment channels and recruitment agency
2. Responsible for pre-screening and overall candidate assessment by conducting phone interview, arrangement of face to face interview for potential candidates, with hiring division GM/DGM
3. Manage and process all recruitment document/data (esp. candidate data to align with PDPA), budget (recruitment), related HR expenses
4. Report all recruitment activities to the management. Conduct the placement follow up and probation evaluation of all newcomers
5. Coordinate with HR team in Mitsui Thai and APBU for HRD/HRM activities, Trainings & other HR initiatives
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Female. Age 27-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in any field
3. More than 3 years in Corporate HR, HRD Recruitment and Training
4. TOEIC 730 or higher or intermediate Level of English with work experience from international or global company
5. Able to work independently with guidance and instruction from supervisor
