① Acceptance inspection of our products (at our company) Repair work of our products (at our company, at our customers)

②Proofreading and inspection work of in-house products at the customer's site (Weekdays. *If customers ask us for service, you may work on Saturdays, Sunday. OT will be paid for working on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday)

③Technical follow-up to customers (telephone Q & A, troubleshooting, customer visit Q & A)

④ Our product training for users (at our company and customers) Make a quote, request an end user to accompany you, collect information, deliver products, collect checks, etc.

⑤Probation=119 days

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must have good communication skills and must be able to build good relationship with clients, coworker, and managers

■Must be able to think and report to in 5W1H

■Service engineer experience at Japanese industrial machinery trading companies, Japanese industrial machinery manufacturers and equipment manufacturers for more than 3 years.

■Experienced in industrial equipment, jigs, and tool repair, as well as knowledge in the automobile industry and light electrical industry

■Must have own car

■English required (more than daily conversation, emphasis on comprehension and guessing, writing skills for email and document creation)

■Science, industrial technical college, industrial university graduates are preferred
