JOB DETAIL

• Determine policy work plan including target with related department.
• Control & monitor production planning production maintenance and warehouse management to be in line with standard and work plan
• Attend the meeting with other department e.g., marketing, sales, purchasing in order to solve the problem and conduct working direction for unity direction to get the job done as planned.
• Control & conduct the production process, production method & machineries development using the new technology to enhance production efficiency.
• Considering production report, the utilization of all resources and production loss
• Authorize the report, request, budget using and expenses within authority level.
• Give advice for problem solving
• Providing Safety, Health and working environment policy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 40-60
• Bachelor Degree in Engineer, majoring in any related field.
• Factory Management at least 15 years
• Good command in English
• MS office
