Replacement Position
Position: Senior Sales Manager
Department: Lubricants Marketing Dept.
Report Directly to Japanese MD

1. Work with top management to set up annual sales target, sales margin, marketing activity plan, and market the budget by Yearly/ Quarterly/Monthly.
2. Work with sales team to set up sales plan and sales target by each sales representative to achieve total sales target.as well as new customers Maintain relationship with existing customers and find new prospect customers/business
3. Monitor sales team to achieve sales target on Monthly/Quarterly basis. Tracking sales performance.
4. Support for inquiries including supply chain, technical and quality issues from customers (domestic and overseas)
5. Manage the credit for the customers
6. Deploy marketing activity and control spending to maximize marketing budget efficiency
7. Monitor customer/market/competitor and adjusting pricing/sales promotion to ensure company competitiveness & achieve target.
8. Build up relationship with customers in all channels
9. Coordinate with Production team with regarding to production plan & ensure delivery on time.
10. Support accounting for Customer Credit management ensure sales representative to follow up customers bill payment.
11. Identify & Develop a Distributors Network within the country to achieve Company Growth objective.
12. Recruit, when necessary, new sales staff(s) for Automotive Indirect channel including marketing staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 45-50 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any fields
3. At least 10 years of experience as Sales (Retails Business-Local Dealer/Distributor) for lubricants or battery
4. Excellence skills in communication, negotiation, analysis, logical thinking, and Leadership skill in order to coach, organize, inspire, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the goals.
5. Business Level of English
6. Personal car and driving License
