・Valuate collateralized property of Non-performing Loan investment deal that the company is considering
・Valuate collateralized property of Non-performing Loan that the company is holding and property the company acquired through credit bidding
・Valuation of ACTUALLY, WHEN and AT HOW MUCH it can be sold, because mission of this position is valuation for yourself as a buyer rather than external appraisal for client
・Sometimes valuation through collaboration with external appraisal company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Five or more years of experiences in valuation for AMC, appraisal company, developer or other investor or property sales agency is a MUST
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as economics, management, property, law and so on is a MUST
・Fluent English or Japanese
・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
