1. Control Supervise, check production system and other jobs related.
2. Control the production of quality work and deliver on time.
3. Analyze and solve problems as well as report to the Japanese.
4. Control the working hours and overtime of the production line employees.
5. Other jobs according to the instruction of the manager (Thai & Japanese)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male or Female, age 33-45 years old
2. Bachelor degree in any related field
3. Have 3-5 years of experience in Automotive part, preferably plastic injection
4. Able to give opinion annual business planning with Japanese executives
5. Have knowledge and understanding of the overview of the production control department.
6. Leadership skill and be able to supervise subordinates
7. Good management and planning skill
8. English level: Daily basis conversation
