We are looking for a UI Designer with a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, analytical, and creative to improve our product and create new design experiences. A UI designer is responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. UI designers also need to have a working understanding of coding and transfer the brand's strength through the interface of a product.

● Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software
● Collaborate with UX Designers for the design and development of product
● Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
● Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
● Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
● Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
● Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use
● Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience
● Create a solid design system with a clear and consistent structure

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
● 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
● Experience in interaction design with user-centered design methodologies and usabilities
● Have a comprehension of the user journey, flows, wireframe, and prototype
● Experience with visual and interaction design tools including working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
● Communicate design intent to both internal and external teams such as UX designer, branding, communication, and software engineer teams
● Rationalize clearly, justify design work, and advocate for users’ needs which meets their expectations
● Good understanding and ability to execute designs that suit the image of visual and/or brand image
● Have strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and design ownership skills is a plus
● Ability to work in a highly technical environment; good understanding of technical requirements and limitations
