We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable person with product development to join our team! As a Full-Time Product owner who prioritizes the features and functionality of the product to obtain maximum performance for the benefit of the end-user. Evaluate work generated by a software Scrum team.

● Work closely with the Product Manager to align the product strategy, direction, and roadmap for the development team
● Curate and distribute all of the information that the team needs to create a great product that includes the business requirement, customer journey, customer experience, and technical limitations
● Coordinate and communicate with the development team, to ensure everyone is aligned follow the product strategy, value, and vision
● Prioritize and manage product feature backlog to align with product roadmap and goals
● Define the development roadmap for the Scrum team to achieve the product strategy or goal
● Evaluate work generated for the development team that includes the resources and timeline
● Schedule and lead meetings to identify product issues, determining roadmaps for products, and managing daily goals and schedules to achieve high performance and meet project deadlines

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or similar relevant field
● 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
● 3 years of experience at a management level with the IT project development
● Have experience and knowledge with Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc
● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
● Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
● Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
● Great communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
● Team player and Attention to details
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
