JOB DETAIL

• Plan overall merchant work scope to achieve Sales goal and support and lead merchant team.
• Sourcing and developing new products; Furniture, Home decoration, Hard line product.
• Provide oversight to turn-key source manufacturing.
• Follow-up on material, testing results, and track finished goods production.
• Collaborate with vendors or suppliers and forwarder to ensure on-time shipment and product launches.
• Negotiate pricing and production time-frames with suppliers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male / Female age 30 – 37 years old
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years experience in the global sourcing field with strong product knowledge and expertise in Furniture, Home decoration, Hard line product and 3 years experience in management field.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and engage stakeholders from different backgrounds.
