Job: Process Quality Control
Position level: Sr. Software Quality Control Engineer
1. Plan & Conduct audit to ensure the quality of Software development process and report to management.
2. Assess the project health through metrics validation, progress reviews & provide the project Quality scoring.
3. Develop and improve software processes and documents to meet the nature of work and CMMI standard.
4. Validate and monitor Software Development Process Implementations for the Project level and Organization level.
5. Modify and Improve internal tools to support Software Development Process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 24-30years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance field of work
4. Knowledge of CMMI Development (Capability Maturity Model Integration) standard for software process quality control.
5. Basic Knowledge skill in programming such as C, C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS, VBA would be advantage
6. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage)
