• Manages strategic proactive media outreach by identifying company awareness opportunities; takes initiative to act upon these opportunities to achieve results.
• Manages relationships with media to create future opportunities.
• Create organization's email marketing campaigns for all departments and programs.
• Create digital and social media strategy, including the evolving digital market and
contributes new ideas to enhance the organization’s social presence.
• Identifies trends and leverages opportunities within the industry, through the use of
social and digital tools and channels.
• Leads Marketing strategic vision, Can do marketing plan and another scopes of marketing.
• Can create campaign in Housing product
• Manages projects and campaigns including coordinating with vendors and managing the
communication’s team junior staff members.
• Leads and provides strategic direction on new projects. Manages and prioritizes staff
time to fulfill cyclical as well as new projects as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male / Female age 30 – 35 years old
- Graduate Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing or any field.
- Can do marketing plan since beginning until end
- At least 5 years of work experience in Marketing field (Both of offline and online)
- Leads Marketing strategic vision, Can do marketing plan and another scopes of marketing.
- Can do marketing plan since beginning to the end of work scope.
- Can create campaign or have experience in to do campaign in Housing product before
- Create digital and social media strategy, including the evolving digital market and contributes new ideas to enhance the organization’s social presence.
- Good command of English
