JOB DETAIL

- Take an important part during both SAP implementation and development.
- Serve as a primary contact for SAP application troubleshooting and escalate issues to external support providers when necessary.
- Be a contact point for all technical related issues with the headquarter in Beijing and with external IT consultants.
- Be an internal consultant who facilitates the use of technology as a tool for process improvement across all divisions.
- Train and assist all key-users and ensure proper functionality.
- Lead and support new IT projects and implementation activities in Thailand which include overseeing changes and upgrading existing technologies.
- Keep up-to-date with technology trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in IT/application support or similar roles
- At least 1 year of experience in SAP is preferred, from either in-house or SAP consulting firm
- Knowledge of SAP module Financial Accounting :FI and Material Management (MM)
- Can communicate in English
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with service-minded attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/under pressure
