• Management of production engineers and operators (400 staffs, you will have 3 assistant managers as your subordinates)
• Training subordinates
• Manufacturing control
• Management work (processing work, resin molding work, assembly work)
• Reporting to Japanese VP

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female（Preferred Male）
• Must have management experience
• Must have production engineer experience（Processing, Resin molding, Assembly work）
• Do not need English and Japanese skills (You will have an interpreter when you talk with japanese managers)
