Managerial Skill :
-Lead business development and ensure employees are motivated and work productively.
-Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistics KPIs
-Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership
-Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability
-Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills.
Basic Accounting and Financial skill :
-Managing income /expenses and analyseVariance to ensure that a business earns a net operating profit.
-Planning/Control the budgets, investment and expenses according to plans.
Technical Skills :
-Able to formulate action plans to achieve goals in the workplace.
-Progress the action plan in the workplace and take corrective action as necessary
-Familiar with the Warehouse & Logistic Management systems.
-Experience in quality systems related to warehouse function.
-Imitative and project improvement.
Conceptual Skills :
-Able analytical thinking and can see the overview and relationships of the various parts of the organization.
-Able to identify and solve problems for the benefit of the organization and everyone involved.
-Able to target production Standard work goals and create standards.
-Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems.
-Able to improve and resolve issues in the workplace (labor, safety, quality, processes, etc.).
Human Skills :
-Able to influence, motivate and communicate effectively with others from high-level policy goals at
work and operational plans in an easy-to-understand manner and share it with the team.

-Must have good communication skills that can motivate, build a good relationship in the team,

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 42-47 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.. Engineering file is a plus
- Management level minimum 8 years + related field 10 years (Total 18 years)
- Production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
- MS Office, WMS, Inventory control
- Good command in English with TOEIC 650 or above
