【About Company】
This company is a new set up joint venture company.
Currently have 10 employees (2 Japanese and 8 Thai members). Head quarter office is in Ayutthaya, and sales office in Bangkok. Mainly you will be working at Head Quarter in Ayutthaya but sometime need to go to sales office in Bangkok.

【About Job】
・You will be visiting construction site to repair and install construction machineries onsite （Mainly the most construction sites are in Bangkok but may need to travel to all over Thailand and also overseas. You will be driving company car/pickup trucks to visit construction sites)
・You will be managing 2 service engineers (23Y/O and 50Y/O)
・You will be reporting to Japanese managers. (*Will be communicating in English but if you can not speak English, company will provide interpreter)
・Support Japanese manager (documentation).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Male or Female （30-40Y/O)
・Must have experience of managing subordinates as a supervisor, assistant manager or as a manager.
・Must have experience of installing and repairing Hydraulic equipment (construction machines) at construction sites
・Must be able to analyze the cause of machine failure and be able to explain it to clients well
・Must be able to drive MT cars

[Preferred]
・English skill（Intermediate level）but not necessary
