Replacement Position

Company's Product: Switch for electronic devices such as pc, mobile phone, camera
Clients: 90% Southeast Asian Countries (Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam) 10% in Thailand
Responsible for team of 10 persons in QA Department
Main Responsibility: Analyze process defective and customer defective

1.Manage and control the performance of QA staff, ensuring that the company's meets standards quality of the product.
2.Responsible for the quality of products, process quality management, and product quality assurance of the quality department.
3.In charge of all customer's claim cases in the company in order to improve the quality of procedures and products.
4.Able to handle foreign clients' claims and complain (Southeast Asian Countries). Required to go aboard to support and assist client sometimes (1-2times/year or not at all)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age 35 -45 years
-Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
-5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or R&D in electronics manufacturing.
-5-10 years of experience in process defective analysis, Customer defective analysis.
-Knowledge of ISO standard such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001
-Intermediate level of Japanese
-Intermediate level of English (if can communicate in Japanese will be advantage)
-Able to work every other Saturdays
