New Position
Report Directly to General Manager and Factory Manager
Subordinates: 4-5 staffs

1. Repair and improve assembly machine
2. Make machine as needed by Production Department
3. Design new machine as Production team required
4. Design parts matching for new machine
5. Design JIG for new product
6. Supervise and control supplier
7. Modify machine as needed by Production Department
8. Trouble shoot and solve problem when machine is downed or damaged
9. Apply 5S (Kaizen) to control the team; "Sort" keep only necessary items in the workplace "Set In Order" arrange items to promote efficient workflow "Shine" clean the work area so it is neat and tidy "Standardize" set standards for consistently organized workplace "Sustain" maintain and review standards
10. Solve problem and meet schedule in time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Male/Female. Age between 30-45 years old.
2.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3.At least 5 year as Mechanical Engineer in Japanese Trading & Manufacturing company i.e. design/modify/repair/ machine
4.Knowledge of Machine Maker, Grinding Process and Milling Supplier
5.Experienced applying 5S (Kaizen) to control the team; "Sort" keep only necessary items in the workplace "Set In Order" arrange items to promote efficient workflow "Shine" clean the work area so it is neat and tidy "Standardize" set standards for consistently organized workplace "Sustain" maintain and review standards
5.Intermediate Level of English
6. Able to work 2 Saturdays/month (1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month)
