Connected Business Planning and Strategy Analysis
• Analyze business strategy and financial information to understand business
directions and operation:
• Build Planning Model to project Business Planning/Forecast and determine
Direction of Business Execution:
• Provide insight regard to Business Model and Profitability Forecast to client
executive;
• Drive cross-functional process regarding to financial modeling and proper
business evaluation process;
• Review business performance and financial indicators to provide BPI Solution
regard to productivity and cost saving to client’s operation team;
• Develop Business Process Improvement (BPI) Solution leading to cost reduction,
revenue recognition or/and streamline business operation;
• Utilize technology/tools to deliver meaningful insights into business
performance.
2. Financial Budgeting and Business Consolidation Management
• Analyze business strategy and financial information to understand business
directions and operation:
• Develop budgeting template and construct financial assumption;
• Develop and analyze business consolidation results for business decision
making;
• Design budgeting operation and evaluation process and develop budgeting
template;
• Utilize technology/tools to develop financial budget/business consolidation
reports and support budgeting operation.
3. General Finance and Accounting (F&A) Business Process Design and Reengineering
• Production Cost Design and Improvement
• F&A process workload analysis
• Month end closing lead time improvement
• Management Reporting efficiency improvements
• F&A Business Requirement Analysis for Technology (ERP, RPA, etc.)Implementation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education and Experience
⚫ First level University degree
⚫ 3 to 5 years experiences in:
- Finance and Accounting Business Consulting from Consulting Firm (PwC,
Deloitte, etc.) or
- Budgeting, Business Planning and Financial Analysis from Corporate (SCG,
PTT, CP, Central, etc.); or
- Business Analysis and Consultant from IT implementer (SAP, Oracle, Infor
Anaplan, etc.); or
- Financial Audit and Financial Advisory Service from Big 4 Audit Firms.
⚫ Holds Thai nationality and can work onsite in Bangkok.
Key Skills Required (Must)
⚫ Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the
consulting project.
⚫ Language skills: English(Business proficiency level)
⚫ Experience of utilize or implement technology/tool e.g. ANAPLAN, Oracle Hyperion,
PBCS, EPM Cloud, IBM TM1, Workday Enterprise Business Planning, SAP BPC,
BI, ERP, or Microsoft office (excel, access) and Data Analytics
⚫ Strong eager and self-motivation to become a Business Planning and Consolidation
Consultant.
