Position: Logistics Analyst (Officer Level)
Report directly to DC Manager
Based at the office

Main Responsibility:
1. Support and assist DC Manager to design the optimum solutions and generate business opportunities
2. Ensure the greatest profitability of DC.
3. Assist in the preparation of detailed KPI’s, required operation report and data analysis to drive operation improvement opportunities

Job Descriptions:
1. Assist in the development and measurement of KPI’s for DC and customers
2. Identify and develop operational improvement proposals including layout design, operation flow, innovative initiatives
3. Assist in deploying Lean to operations i.e. reducing waste, simplifying processes and delivering Kaizen
4. Develop improved methodologies for analyzing DC data, which can further improve the effectiveness of operational processes
5. Coordinate and assist in documentation of procedures, processes, change management
6. Assist the Logistics Operations staff with other specific tasks as necessary, which helps achieve the overall departmental goals
7. Work on reports (create, revise, change by daily basis) to enable efficient data collection and analysis

KPIs:
1. Submit monthly KPI on time
2. Contribute in developing key performance measurement
3. Initiate new improvement proposal at least 2 projects a year and support operation to deliver 2 Kaizen a year
4. Maintain operation procedures and control change
5. DC routine reports are in good format ready for further analysis and making decision

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age 24-30 years old
-Bachelor degree in Logistics, Engineering or Statistic
-At least 2 years of experience in DC operation with WMS environment
-Experienced in project coordination
-Experienced in Lean and Quality Management System (Six Sigma)
-Proficient in MS Office, Visio, Access and Power Point. VBA coding
-Knowledge of warehouse and transport operation
-Intermediate level of English
-Live in the area or able to work in Wang-Noi, Ayudhaya
-Able to work on every Saturdays
