JOB DETAIL

(1) Reporting
・Make monthly report by Excel
・Make/assist market research report.
・Make/assist sales document.
(2) Export
・Order sample products, make packing list, control & negotiate delivery date, coordinate between Thai factory and head office. You often communicate in Japanese with head office.
(3) Delivery
・Collaborate with factories, sales teams and factory to prepare for new materials (system registration, pricing and export coordination).
・Communicate with trading company to deliver on time.
(4) Interpretation / Translation
・Perform as an interpreter & translator.
・Communication for Thai and Japanese persons. Sometimes visit client site and factory.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male or Female, Age up to 40 years old.
・Business communication level (Speaking, Reading and Writing) in both Japanese (N2-N1) and English (TOEIC 750 up or same level).
・Any of following experiences;
- Sales
- Sales Coordinator
- Planning
- Import / Export, logistic
- Any related positions

・Good at using Microsoft Office Excel
