Replacement Position
Report directly to Japanese MD
Number of Subordinates: 10 (Age between 30-33 years old)
Probation Period: 4 months

1. Set up policies and plan for finance & account. Including set up the accounting and financial systems in accordance with the Company's operating guidelines and legal requirements.
2. Control and check account closing of the company in each period to be correct and in accordance with the established practice.
3. Control and check the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and various accounting reports to President for financial status of company.
4. Control and monitor for receipt & payment of the company by checking accounting records and financial reports to be correct and consistent.
5. Control the budget of the company and ensure the correct use of the budget according to the budget planning.
6. Control the preparation of relevant tax reports submit to government such as PND.30, PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PND.51, PND.36 etc.
7. Coordinate and provide information to external auditors (PWC) and other internal auditors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old
-At least 10 years of Finance & Account working experience.
-CPD License
-Driving License (to drive to visit 2nd location, company's car will be provided)
-Good team building and good problem solving. Also self-motivate and independence working.
-Positive attitude and able to work under challenging assignments.
-Be able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
-Experience in Accpac (ERP Software) will be advantage.
-Intermediate level of English
-Able to communicate in Japanese
-Able to work 2 Saturdays/Month
