[DX Business Development Group]
・Provide DX Business Development service with the clients in various industries (not specified).

[Responsibilities]
・Plan DX (Digital transformation) strategy, new business model, change management, and implementation.
・Collaborate with strategy consultant, data scientist, business designer, cloud architect and various specialists to make new/higher value for the client.
・Project management.
・Proposal sales activity of these services. Client relationship.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must] *CANNOT NEGOTIATE.
・Education (Bachelor): Chulalongkorn, Thammasat, Mahidol or equivalent university with GPA 3.0 at least.
・Job experience: Cannot apply if candidate resigned previous companies (more than 2 companies) within 1 year.

[Requirement]
・Language (English): TOEIC 850 or equivalent.
・Language (Japanese): N1 (N2 can be considered but prefer N1).

・Work experience: Must have (a) or (b), and (c)
(a) Experience in digital transformation in big company.
(b) Experience in change management and strategy implementation in consulting firm.
(c) Able to draw business operation flow.

・Special Skill: Must have any of (a)-(c) or related skills.
(a) Able to use analytics tool.
(b) Able to use CX tool.
(c) Able to use DMP/MA tool in Marketing field.

・Skill: Planning, Presentation, PC (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), Communication, Project management skills.
