JOB DETAIL

• Research for new materials and suppliers to improve company’s products (Transformer).
• Design optimization & material content reduction of Transformer.
• Development of new designs and concepts of mechanical components and assemblies, according to international and company standards and design rules.
• Identifying Opportunities, Product Gaps, Competition, Cost/Price Analysis.
• Identifying, prioritizing, deciding & driving the Projects for New Developments.
• Identifying potential issues/perform detailed analysis todetermine failure root cause, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Coordinating with cross functional team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male only, Age 30 - 40
• With 3 years of experience of Transformer design.
• Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD, Solid Work.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
• Can communicate in English (IF have TOEIC 550 is advantage)
• Work any other saturday
