New Position
Team of 4 people
Report Directly to General Manager (Japanese)
Expected Start Working Date: Mar. - Apr. 2021

-Understand Battery manufacturing process and technology to keep quality control
-Propose and implement improvement activity to optimize production efficiency for both Thailand and overseas affiliate company
-Analyze manufacturing data to find the root cause
-Make report to headquarter and summarize for client
-others tasks as requested by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male only. Age between 24-27 years old. Thai Nationality.
-Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
-Must have at least 1 year of work experiences as process engineer in automotive industry.
-Good command of Microsoft Office
-Able to communicate in Ho-Ren-So mind (Report, Contact, Consultation)
-Good command of English, if able to communicate in Japanese will be advantage
-Basic knowledge of PDCA cycle and PLC programming (mainly Mitsubishi PLC)
-Able to plan and think logically
-Able to work on some holiday if requested by the company
-Able to travel overseas for business or training if requested by the company
