Define, Develop and implement business planning processes
- Coordinate and manage cross- functional teams to improve business planning method
- Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational objectives.
- Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
- Coordinate with all departments to implement people development activities or programs to drive for organization.
- Report to Korean MD, Executive and Head quarter

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male, Female, 38-45 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 5-6 years ''s experience in Business Planning in Manager level.
If directly experience in Water Purifier, Air Purifier or Electronics device is great advantaged.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Communicated level of English
If can communicate in Korean is advantaged
