JOB DETAIL

Sales support
・Accompany sales, listen to customer needs and propose the best solution
・Make sure that the product that the salesperson plans to propose to the customer is satisfied with the customer's request. If the specifications are insufficient, we suggest additional or another solution.
・Creation of technical data for the proposal

Delivery work
・Check if the received product matches the solution proposed to the customer.
・Check if there is any problem with the appearance of the received product.
・Configuration and operation check of delivered products
・On-site delivery, installation, and setup work

Customer support
・Onsite / remote support services and reporting for MSS subscribers
・Responding to inquiries for customers who do not subscribe to MSS
・Arrangement of repairs of customer's IT equipment and tracking, and understanding of repair status

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・ Male only, Aged 25 - 30 years old, Thai Nationality.
・ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
・ At least 1-3 years’ support experience.
・ English is Intermediate Level.
・ Private car and driving license are required.
・ Knowledge of Microsoft Products or Linux or Unix Administration (HPUX or AIX or Solaris) or Network Technology & Security (Cisco Product, Firewall Product)
