Replacement Position
1.Plan & Conduct audit to ensure the quality of Software development process and report to management.
2.Asses the project health through metrics validation, progress reviews & provide the project Quality scoring.
3.Develop and improve software processes and documents to meet the nature of work and CMMI standard.
4.Validate and monitor Software Development Process Implementations for the Project level and Organization level.
5.Modify and Improve internal tools to support Software Development Process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age 25-30 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer, Software engineering or related field.
-1-5 years of experience in Software Quality assurance experience or related field.
-Knowledge of CMMI Dev standard for software development process quality control.
-Experienced in performing software quality assurance work, audit and assess defect trends and recommend improvement.
-Good Understanding of Software Engineering principles with focus on process adherence.
-Good Understanding of software development life cycle and processes
-Basic Knowledge of skill in programming such as C, C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS, VBA would be advantage
-Good communication, service mind, growth mindset, self-organizing but team player and flexible.
-Intermediate level of English
