●Gathers project business, marketing and technical requirements in order to develop project estimates and SOWs
● Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
● Collaborates with team leads to identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
● Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
● Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to business partners
● Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
● Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
● Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects
● Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
● Assists with proposal efforts including project scoping, level of effort assessments and project plan development
● Monitors and manages project budget
● Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly
● Gains an understanding of our pricing model and billing procedures in order to manage project finances efficiently Communication Skills
● Participates in team and business partner meetings effectively and efficiently
● Keeps project team well informed of project changes, changes within the organization and general corporate news that affects our daily operations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years technical experience in either Telecom and/or Systems engineering
• Accomplished at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing multiple projects of varying degrees of complexity in both technical and business capacities
• Team leadership ability to delegate tasks to appropriate parties
• Good knowledge of the IT infrastructure market
• Possess good analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good technical exposure in Information system and network
• Flexibility to respond to context changes
• Customer service oriented and positive mindset with can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Flexible and willing to accept changes in a dynamic environment
• Able to work in teams and also autonomously
• PMP/Prince2/AGILE advantageous
• Experiences with new technologies (AI, Machine Learning, IOT) or cybersecurity projects will be advantageous.
