•Develop and manage projects and team members.
•Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying area for new training or skill checks.
•Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPI).
•Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
•Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
•Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
•Leadership.
•Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
•Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategy.
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
