1. Design report for analysis budget and productivity
2. Summarize the executive summary
3. Analyze and plan for sales target in Business Plan to growth in Profit and loss
4. Responsible for handling sales volume report for closely monitoring market penetration by monthly basis
5. Responsible for handling Staff Management for monitoring their performance as KPIs tools
6. Provide Sales KPIs for monitoring their performance by branch
7. Control actual OPEX with plan and create initial project for utilized OPEX budget
8. Create and customize new report for business direction
9. Coordinate with IT team
10. Campaign management
- Data cleansing
- Data analysis
- Campaign analysis
11. Reporting
- Sale Performnce
- Sales KPIs
- Persistency anlysis (Forecast & anlysis)
- GWP (Forecast & anlysis)
12. Project management (Summarize monthly performance and present to management)
- Manage and provide data integrity and process flow
- Provide sales performance by campaign & performance reports
- Provide persistency report
- Provide concise and relevant information to assist in the development of business strategy and to resolve strategic issues
- Provide the monitoring tools for controlling operation performance as agreed with management
13. Accounting
- Monitor P&L report
- Monitor operating cost / marketing cost
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Prepare sales commission,sales incentive,sales contest report
- Develop the report that meet financial accounting objectives
14. Analyze operation productivity as following :
- Budget
- Headcount
- Productivity
- Business Volume

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female Age between 40-45 years old.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher
- Have direct experience as Corporate Planning in management level and in Insurance business.
- Good command of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage
- Able to operate PC in MS Office and E-mail
Computer skill : SQL,Access,SPSS, Advance in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint),PIVOT, EXCEL Function (VLOOKUP,IF) and other
Calculation skill : The Time Value of Money, Loss cost, Loss Ratio, Pricing insurance product and loss reserving
