Position summary: Person in charge for energy business development (in Thailand and overseas) in accordance with Mitsui global energy business policy/plan, for sale/trading of energy related commodities including supportive role to seniors in the Div.
Position Responsibilities:
1.Establish reliable human network/relationship with strategic partners (PTT Group, SCG, EGAT etc. in Thailand, international oil companies, international coal mining houses), understand their agendas/policy to source the business seeds which is in accordance with Mitsui global/regional energy business plan/policy
2.Cultivate trading business of energy related commodities (coal import to Thailand, offshore trading to neighboring countries, biomass fuel export from Thailand etc.)
3.Collect industrial information/statistics, analyze/summarize them and provide external/internal stakeholders with them in the appropriate format
4.Any other assignment by GM in accordance with the development of the skills/capability

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Required/Mandatory skill (please specify): Basic business ethics, English: TOEIC 800 min. with standard English communication skill in the international business scene, IT skills: Capable to create comprehensively formatted presentation by PPT, graph/chart etc. by Excel/Word. Basic finance/accounting knowledge/skill required for non-finance/accounting staff.

Preferable skill (if any): Japanese language/understanding on Japanese (business) culture (working experience in Japan, graduate/education in Japan preferable), basic knowledge of energy related commodities /global energy industry (oil & gas, LNG, coal, renewables, power, petrochemical etc. Working experience in oil & gas industry preferable)
