-Source, interview, and select candidates to match job requirements.
-Utilize strong listening, communication, and influencing skills to attract and engage the right candidates to join the organization.
-Support analysis, planning, and development of recruitment strategies.
-Initiate and manage projects to support recruitment activities.
-Support company branding and PR initiatives for recruitment purposes.
-Assist in manpower planning and workforce management.
-Prepare recruitment reports and related documentation.
-Provide support to the HR team and employees as appropriate.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
-At least 3- 4 year of work experience; candidates interested in growing in recruitment or with direct recruitment experience will be given special consideration
-Fast learner, detail-oriented, and eager to understand business operations
-Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
-Good problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure and collaborate with diverse teams, with strong interpersonal skills
