JOB DETAIL

Manage and oversee all HR functions to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws

Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes in alignment with workforce planning

Maintain and manage HR operations, including employee records, contracts, and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Support and implement performance management processes, including KPI setting and employee evaluations

Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination

Handle employee relations matters, provide guidance to managers, and resolve workplace issues effectively

Plan and support training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities

Prepare, analyze, and report HR data to support management decision-making

Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with organizational growth

Coordinate and communicate effectively with Chinese executives and headquarters on HR-related matters and other assigned tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proficient in Chinese (minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent)

At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with broad exposure to multiple HR functions

Prior supervisory or team management experience is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive data (e.g., payroll, employee records)

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including payroll, training, and employee issue resolution

Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including data analysis tools such as Pivot Tables

Able to start work immediately (preferred)

Own transportation is required (no company shuttle provided)
